What kind of job is waiting for you?
– Scheduling regular inspections,
– communicating with customers (telephone, email) – arranging dates for inspections and repairs,
– scheduling jobs and uploading them to the calendar/system,
– checking super invoices – allocating payments, checking invoice due dates,
– ordering goods from suppliers,
– checking the status of completed orders – if additional pricing is required, transcription to excel,
– mailbox management (sorting of emails and their handling/assignment),
– filling in documents for partner companies,
– sending quotations.
Occasionally such things need to be handled as well:
– Communication with insurance companies, authorities,
– preparing documents (receipts and FAs) for the accountant,
– ordering company cars for servicing (for regular inspections, repairs, change of tyres),
– ordering tools, clothing, or company stickers.
